keymer tiles housing development Planning Application Submitted For The Final Phase Of The Keymer Tiles Residential Redevelopment

4th January 2017
By Peter Chapman

Croudace Homes have submitted a reserved matters planning application to Mid Sussex District Council for the third and final phase of the Keymer Tiles residential redevelopment site.

Phase three consists of 180 homes and will be located at the 'swimming pool' area in the north of the site.

Phase two was granted planning permission in the Autumn of 2016 which included the major spine road from Kings Way into the development site.

In total, the 'Kings Weald' will have 475 new homes, 143 of them being 'affordable'

Approval for phase three should be a simple process unless the appearance of the homes are not to the liking of the MSDC design panel. We'd expect it to go before the district planning committee by Easter.
