Burgess Hill Man Sought For Recall To Prison
18th April 2016
Police in Mid-Sussex are searching for 32-year old Peter Tucker, a Burgess Hill man who is wanted for recall to prison having broken the terms of his release licence.
Tucker is white, of slim build and with short brown hair.
He had been released from prison on licence in February, part of the way through a six and half month sentence for theft imposed at Brighton Magistrates Court on 8 December last year.
However on 15 April the Probation Service revoked his licence as he had failed to comply with its conditions.
His last known address was in West Park Crescent, Burgess Hill. He has many contacts in the town and in Haywards Heath, and in adjoining East Sussex.
Inspector Andrew Sanford said; "If you have seen Peter Tucker, or know where he is now, please do not approach him but contact us via 999, quoting serial 715/04."
You can also contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 (www.crimestoppers-org.uk).
Spread the word. Peter Tucker is a wanted man.....again.
