Low-Cost 'Weight Off' Workshops Being Held In Burgess Hill

Do you want help losing weight? Do you want to learn how to make small lifestyle changes that will help make long term improvements to your health?
If you do, then why not sign up to one of our Weight Off Workshops?
These 12 week courses, run in partnership with Mid Sussex District Council and West Sussex County Council, aim to support you in taking responsibility for your weight. It costs just £12 for the whole course and there are a variety of different times and venues available.
The programme focuses on motivation and helping people to make changes to their behaviour, so when they lose weight it stays off for good. Expert nutritionists cover topics such as portion sizes, sugars, food labels and the psychological triggers for eating.
The courses have been a huge success in Mid Sussex, with an incredible 75% of people who have completed the course losing more than 3% of their body weight and a staggering 36% dropping their weight by more than 5%, all in just 12 weeks.’
There are three upcoming courses in Burgess Hill:
17:30-18:30 Tuesday 28 March – Cyprus Hall
13:30-14:30 Wednesday 26 April - Park View Surgery
18:00-19:00 Thursday 4 May – Location tbc
