 A New Restaurant For Burgess Hill Town Centre?

Burgess Hill Town Centre could soon be home to another restaurant after an application was submitted to the District Council requesting a change of use at number 97 Church Walk.
The application has come in from Morlane Ltd seeking to change the permission from retail (Class A1) to a cafe/restaurant (Class A3).
The unit has sat vacant for the best part of a decade and was last occupied by Cinnamon Fashion - a clothing shop for larger ladies which carried the slogan 'Excel in XL'
97 Church Walk is located inbetween the Book Den and the Bangkok Brasserie.
We'll be sure to update you if we hear as to what could be taking up residence here.
