Over 50's Walking Football Tournament  At Burgess Hill Town Footbal Club

Burgess Hill Town Football Club, Leylands Park, Maple Drive, Burgess Hill , RH15 8DL


As part of the Maple Drive Community Fayre on 8th July 2017 community organisations and churches are invited to enter a 6 a-side (plus substitutes), 50 plus Walking Football team into a tournament

Walking Football is non-contact, and as the name suggests, the only form of movement is walking. Anyone that sprints, runs or jogs while the ball is in play will be penalised with a free-kick awarded to the other team.

The competition on the day will be organised by Burgess Hill Town Football Club and will be held on their pitch. The clubhouse will be open on the day for family and friends to enjoy the event free of charge. This way we can all support the Fayre, get active and have fun!
